“When one door closes, another one opens” is a saying that seems to be ringing true for at least one of the former cast members from The City. Side note: If you haven't heard, news of The City's cancellation surfaced last week from Whitney Port's mouth via a radio interview she did with Ryan Seacrest. Olivia Palermo (i.e. the former b*tch from the show that we all love to hate) is featured alongside her model boyfriend Johannes Huebl in upcoming ads for fashion brand Mango.
Is it me, or does she look like really skinny in these ads? Or, maybe she was already really, really skinny and I just never noticed it?! However, I do love that shade of lipstick she’s rocking and that super sleek hair looks fab. And can I get a “Hallelujah, Amen!” that The City was cancelled?! I feel that it was one of the most horribly portrayed images of working in “the industry” ever. Believe me, Glamazons, it aint as easy as those gals made it look. (I still wonder who was paying their rent!?)
So, back to these Mango ads: do you think they look GLAM or is it just a SHAM?

It's a glam for me. Though Olivia is a tiny tot, she actually looks high fashion in these pics.
