Hey Glamazons,
Are you tired of designers that make drab, unflattering clothes for plus-size women? As if by virtue of being full-figured, women lose all sense of style and have to settle for whatever dull clothes come in their sizes? Beth Ditto and I are too.
The flamboyant star has rocked the plus-size clothing industry with a haute collection for UK store Evans. One of the first celebrity/mass retailer collaborations for full-figured shoppers, Beth Ditto's collection delivers her signature glam rock style to women sizes 14-32 for moderate prices. The punk rock/80's-inspired designs range from printed high-waisted leggings to bright sequined dresses to cropped leather jackets replete with zippers and studs (see Glamazon faves below). American shoppers can purchase the clothing on the web---www.evans.co.uk---and have it shipped to the U.S. What do you think of the collection? What's your fave Beth Ditto at Evans look? Why aren't more celebs/designers tapping into the plus-size market?
Kisses,
Coutura

It will take a certain type of plus size body to wear these clothes and look good..cropped,tapered,supa short..not a good look for many plus size bodies..so yeah I wish more designers would lend their voice to this market..
I'm late to this post, but these are great looks. I hadn't heard of this designer. Thanks.
